1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Slieve Watches website and to purchases made from Slieve Watches through this website.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable Irish or European Union consumer law.
2. Products & Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Product images are intended to represent the item as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the device or display used to view the website.
For pre-owned products, photographs and descriptions may show or describe the actual condition of the individual item. Please review the product information carefully before purchasing.
Minor variations may occur between individual Slieve watches as a result of assembly, component tolerances and production batches, provided that these do not materially alter the stated specification or quality of the product.
We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product information or pricing. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After an order is submitted, you may receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract for the purchase of goods is formed when we accept your order, for example by confirming dispatch or otherwise confirming that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a genuine pricing or description error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, any amount paid for the affected item will be refunded.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are shown in euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your order.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers, and their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment and billing information provided with your order is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Where applicable, prices include taxes required to be included under Irish or EU law.
5. Availability & Lead Times
All products are subject to availability. Where an item is shown as in stock, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the availability information displayed on the website is accurate.
Some Slieve watches may be assembled or prepared after an order is placed. Where additional preparation or assembly time applies, an estimated lead time will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated to you.
Occasionally, a component or product may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this materially affects your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include an alternative, a revised lead time or cancellation and refund of the affected item.
Any stated preparation, assembly or delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Slieve Watches currently delivers to addresses within Ireland and the European Union (EU).
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by you.
Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights regarding delivery of goods under applicable consumer law.
7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within the applicable cancellation period under Irish and European Union consumer law.
Slieve Watches also offers a 30-day returns period for eligible standard products, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products should be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided by Slieve Watches. You may be responsible for return delivery costs where permitted by law, except where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from your right to cancel because you have changed your mind.

8. Custom & Personalised Products
Some Slieve Watches products may be made to your specifications or clearly personalised at your request. This may include individually specified watch builds, personalised engraving, custom-printed dials or other material personalisation.
Where permitted by applicable consumer law, the statutory right to cancel may not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
A standard Slieve watch is not automatically considered a custom or personalised product merely because it is assembled after your order is placed.
Where the cancellation exemption applies to a genuinely customised or personalised product, this will be made clear before the order is completed.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a custom or personalised product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
9. Warranty & Repairs
Watches sold by Slieve Watches are supplied with a 2-Year Slieve Watches Warranty unless otherwise stated on the product listing, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in the warranty documentation supplied with the watch or made available on our website.
The warranty covers eligible manufacturing, assembly and movement faults arising during normal use. It does not generally cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, or damage resulting from use outside the stated specifications of the watch.
Where appropriate, a watch may be inspected before a warranty remedy is provided. Please contact info@slievewatches.com before returning a watch for inspection or repair.
Any commercial warranty provided by Slieve Watches is additional to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory consumer rights.
10. Pre-Owned & Third-Party Watches
Slieve Watches may offer new, pre-owned and refurbished watches manufactured by third-party brands. These products are carefully inspected and are represented as accurately as possible.
Slieve Watches is an independent retailer and is not an authorised dealer, agent or representative of any third-party watch brand unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unless specifically stated on the product listing, third-party branded watches are supplied with the 2-Year Slieve Watches Warranty rather than a manufacturer's warranty. Original manufacturer packaging, documentation, warranty cards or registration materials may be included where supplied; their inclusion does not necessarily mean that a manufacturer's warranty is active or transferable.
For pre-owned or refurbished watches, the product description will identify the condition of the watch and, where known, any significant replacement, aftermarket or non-original components.
All third-party brand names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify and describe the products offered for sale. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation or authorised-dealer status.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this section.
11. Water Resistance & Watch Care
Where a watch has a stated water-resistance rating, that rating applies under the conditions for which the watch was designed and tested. Water resistance should not be regarded as a permanent characteristic and may be affected over time by wear, ageing of seals, impact, servicing or opening of the case.
Crowns and other controls should be fully secured where applicable before exposure to water and should not be operated while the watch is submerged unless the watch is specifically designed for such use.
Leather straps and other materials that are not intended for prolonged water exposure should be kept dry where reasonably possible.
We recommend periodic inspection of water resistance where a watch is regularly exposed to water, particularly after servicing, battery replacement or opening of the case.
Care instructions and the specifications stated for the individual watch should always be followed.
12. Intellectual Property
The Slieve Watches name, branding, logos, original watch designs, graphics, photographs, written content and other original material displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Slieve Watches unless otherwise stated.
You may view and use this website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit our original content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, product names and logos appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Their use for product identification or description does not imply affiliation with or endorsement of Slieve Watches.
13. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, security or availability.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts, systems or data, introduce malicious software, misuse website functionality or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or to prevent misuse.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Slieve Watches will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, we do not exclude or limit liability for goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website, business practices or legal requirements.
The Terms & Conditions that apply to an order will normally be those in effect when the order is placed, subject to any changes required by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
If you are a consumer resident in another European Union member state, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of residence where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any rights you may have regarding where legal proceedings may be brought under applicable consumer law.
